PUBLIC-WEB COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE

Know what changed before it costs you.

Operator Zero monitors the public competitor pages your team should be checking — pricing, products, positioning, launches, hiring and key messaging — then filters the noise into concise intelligence built for decisions.

Built for founders, product marketers, agencies and lean revenue teams that compete in a visible market without a dedicated competitive-intelligence function.

THE PROBLEM

Manual competitor checking does not scale.

Important changes are scattered across pricing pages, product pages, homepages, launch posts and hiring signals. The work is repetitive; the consequence of missing the wrong move is not.

01 // MONITOR

Watch the pages that matter.

Track customer-approved public pages across the competitors most likely to affect pricing, positioning, product and go-to-market decisions.

02 // FILTER

Separate signal from site noise.

Routine edits stay routine. Material changes rise based on type, severity and likely business relevance.

03 // BRIEF

Turn evidence into decisions.

Reports distinguish what was observed from what it may mean, with concrete follow-up instead of raw diffs.

HOW IT WORKS

Managed monitoring, not another dashboard to babysit.

Operator Zero is designed as a managed intelligence service. Your team defines the competitors and business questions; OZ handles the recurring public-web observation and evidence organization.

01

Scope

Choose up to five priority competitors and roughly twenty-five relevant public pages.

02

Baseline

OZ establishes initial observations so later changes can be compared against evidence.

03

Detect

Scheduled monitoring identifies meaningful public changes and ranks them by severity.

04

Deliver

Material changes become alerts and a weekly brief with fact, interpretation and recommended follow-up separated.

DELIVERABLES

What you actually receive.

Priority change intelligence

Observed change, source URL, timestamp, category and severity — organized so your team can verify the evidence quickly.

Weekly executive brief

A concise summary of the most important changes, why they may matter and which signals deserve follow-up.

Change history

A record of material observed moves so you can understand patterns instead of treating each update in isolation.

Managed watchlist

Monitoring targets are maintained as a service; your team does not need to write scraping rules or maintain a monitoring stack.

SCOPE & DATA PRACTICES

Deliberately conservative by design.

Competitive Watch is for lawful business intelligence from public company and product information. It is not a private-data collection or access-circumvention service.

SUPPORTED

Public business information

Public HTTP/HTTPS company, product, pricing, marketing, hiring and positioning pages approved by the customer.

NOT SUPPORTED

Restricted or personal surveillance

No logins, private systems, CAPTCHA bypass, proxy games to defeat blocks, credentialed competitor access or personal-profile surveillance.

CONTENT RETENTION
Prefer bounded factual signals, hashes, evidence references and necessary snapshots over unnecessary long-term copies of competitor page bodies.
PAYMENT DATA
Operator Zero does not need to store payment-card details directly. Payment handling is delegated to the payment provider when checkout is enabled.
EARLY REVIEW
High-impact conclusions are reviewed during the founding stage while the fulfillment chain is being proven.
SAMPLE OUTPUT

Evidence first. Interpretation second.

Weekly Competitive Intelligence Brief

Illustrative format — not a report about real named competitors.

PRICING
New $99/month entry plan appeared.
Observed: the public pricing page now shows a $99/month entry plan; the prior stored baseline did not.

Why it may matter: This could increase pressure on price-sensitive prospects. Compare feature gates and contract terms before reacting to headline price alone.

FOUNDING ACCESS

Built to be sellable only when it is provable.

Operator Zero is completing launch verification before taking customer money. The founding price is planned at $299 at signup, then $199/month beginning month two.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this web scraping?

The service observes customer-approved public pages with bounded fetching and technical restrictions. It does not promise access to blocked or private sources and does not bypass access controls.

Do you guarantee every change is detected?

No. Public sites can change, block, disappear or become unavailable. The service is designed to surface meaningful observable changes, not promise impossible completeness.

What happens if a site blocks monitoring?

The target can be paused or marked unsupported rather than using circumvention techniques.

When can I buy?

Checkout opens only after customer creation, baseline monitoring, change evidence, report generation, delivery, billing and failure behavior have all passed the launch gate.
