Service

Competitive Watch monitors customer-approved, publicly accessible business web pages for changes that may matter to competitive strategy. Reports distinguish observed facts from interpretation and recommended follow-up.

• Public HTTP/HTTPS business pages only.
• No credentialed competitor access.
• No bypassing access controls, CAPTCHAs, private systems, or technical restrictions.
• No guarantee that every website change will be detected, available, or commercially significant.

Founding scope

The founding plan covers up to five competitors and roughly twenty-five approved public pages. Monitoring cadence is managed by Operator Zero. Materially larger watchlists, materially higher frequency, or custom deliverables may require a different plan.

Delivery

Customer intelligence is delivered through the secure Competitive Watch customer portal. Weekly briefs prioritize material observations and include evidence references when available. Low- and medium-impact briefs may publish automatically. High- or critical-impact conclusions may be held for human review before customer publication.

Founding pricing and renewal

The founding offer is $299 at signup: a $100 onboarding fee plus $199 for the first month of service. The subscription then renews at $199 per month until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and recurring billing.

Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel future renewal before the next billing date using the customer-support channel provided with the service. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Fees for work already performed and service periods already begun are generally non-refundable and non-prorated except where required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide lawful monitoring targets and must not use the service to facilitate unauthorized access, harassment, evasion of access controls, unlawful surveillance, or other illegal conduct. Operator Zero may reject or pause unsupported or inappropriate targets.

Accuracy and business decisions

Operator Zero separates observable facts from interpretation. Public-source observations can be incomplete, delayed, blocked, or changed without notice. Strategic interpretations are informational, and customers remain responsible for business decisions made using the service.

Availability

Public websites and third-party infrastructure can block, change, disappear, rate-limit, or become temporarily unavailable. Operator Zero may pause a target rather than attempt to circumvent restrictions and does not promise uninterrupted availability.

Changes

Material changes to pricing or purchased scope will not be applied retroactively without agreement. These terms may otherwise be updated for future service periods as the product evolves, subject to applicable law.
